The Art Of Bathing

Here in the United Kingdom the cold, wet and gloomy weather continues to drag on, and although the 1st day of spring (20th March) is not very far away now, it still feels pretty much like winter to me. During dreary seasons like this I like to pamper myself a bit from time to time, and usually qualify my actions with a declaration along the lines of ‘I work hard, so I deserve it’. I heartily recommend that you do the same.

EU Says Animal Testing For Cosmetics Could Continue

In the coming months, a crucial decision for animals will be made: the European Commission will advise on whether the EU should maintain the 2013 deadline, after which no cosmetics that have been tested on animals could be legally sold in the European Union. The BUAV, heading the European Coalition to End Animal Experiments (ECEAE), is championing the cause and urging the Commission to stand firm.
