Quinessence Hand Cream Receives Award!

We are absolutely delighted to report that Quinessence Nourishing Hand Cream received the ‘Highly Commended’ award in the esteemed Natural Health Beauty Awards 2010 which were held last month.

This latest accolade makes it the 6th year in succession that Quinessence have been recognised for manufacturing products using only natural ingredients that have not been tested on animals. Once again it is an honour to have been recognised by Natural Health and Beauty magazine, and we will continue to strive for the same excellence as we expand our range of natural skin and hair care products.

According to the magazine’s editor, Sarah Ivory, this year the competition was tougher than ever before with 375 products from over 120 leading brands being scrutinized. The panel of experts were looking for the best, most effective beauty treats and treatments on the market that were free of synthetic chemicals, parabens and petroleum based ingredients to receive their official stamp of approval.

Sarah reported, ‘The last few years have seen natural products hit the mainstream beauty shelves in a big way as we’ve all become increasingly aware of what we are slathering on our skin and lathering into our locks. This has meant that not only has the volume of entries in this year’s awards multiplied in an astounding way but the variety and quality of products has also continued to impress us.’

After testing our Aroma-botanicals Nourishing Hand Cream, the panel of experts at Natural Health reported ‘This handy little tub is packed full of soothing botanical extracts of myrrh, primrose and horse chestnut to hydrate dried out mitts. We loved the subtle floral fragrance and the value-for-money price.’
